Payments

All payments made by this site will be paid (in USD only) to Chuck Baird.

Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure! All reprint orders must be paid through PayPal. Original artworks ordered over Internet may be paid through PayPal or Money Orders or Checks by mail. All payments must be cleared prior to shipping of the orders.

Refund Policy

All reprint orders are non-refundable. Original artwork may be returned subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus a packing/handling charge.

Shipping

All reprint orders will be shipped within seven business days. We only ship the orders in United States. Handling charges are included with shipping fees. According to PayPal's Seller Protection Policy, we must ship the orders to the address shown in PayPal's Transaction Details. All products purchased from Chuck's Brushes (chuckbaird.com) Web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Reprints

The images of reprints may be slightly different in size, color, quality or value of the original. All reprints with 11" x 14" mats maximum image size are 6" x 8". Some, if not all, are modified for artistic purposes and for the effect of printing. Chuck's Brushes (chuckbaird.com) and/or Here's My Site.com, LLC (heresmysite.com) are not responsible for fading due to displaying reprints in bright light or near heat sources, or damage due to mishandling of reprints. The proper care and handling of reprints is the sole responsibility of purchaser. Chuck's Brushes and/or Here's My Site.com, LLC will not refund or provide replacement reprints for artwork faded or damaged by mishandling.

Ethics

Chuck's Brushes (chuckbaird.com) and/or Here's My Site.com, LLC (heresmysite.com) are not responsible for anyone being offended by the content of Chuck Baird's artwork due to cultural differences or any other reason.
